A BIT OF HISTORY
WaterMart opened its first location at 866 King Edward in 2003, introducing 24 hour Pure Water vending to Winnipeg. We then brought the concept of Pure Ice to the City in 2006. Our new WaterMart 24-7 location at 477 Pembina is the first of its kind in Canada and has the equipment and facilities to vend Pure Water and Pure Ice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And with easy access off Pembina Hwy and parking in front makes WaterMart 24-7 convenient and easy to use, anytime.
WATERMART 24-7
Our Pembina location offers 8 pure water vending machines and a cap vending machine, so people can drive up and fill their containers at any time. They can also pick up 10 pound bags of Pure Ice. During regular business hours, customers are welcome to pop in for water coolers, bottles and any other accessories they need.

WaterMart 24-7 uses a multi stage process including filtration, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet and ozone treatment. The result is great tasting water and ice with all impurities removed. The purity of our water can be measured in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and when compared to regular City tap water, the difference our Pure Water and Ice offers is crystal clear.

The average Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) for City of Winnipeg water is 181 parts per million, with a range of 158 to 248, according to the 2014 distribution system water quality test results on the City of Winnipeg website.
WATERMART PURE ICE & WATER
WaterMart Pure Water and Ice contains less than 3 parts per million Total Dissolved Solids. This means that coffee, orange juice and other beverages taste much better. A simple glass of water looks and tastes like something you want to serve your family and friends.

Environmentally, each 18.9 litre refill eliminates approximately 38 plastic water bottles 500 ml) and pricewise, at $1.00 per bottle at your average grocery or convenience store, the savings is over 1000%. At WaterMart 18.9 litre refills are only $3.00, less than 1/2 the price of competitors. Caps are 3 for $1., Crystal clear Pure Ice is $3.00 for a 10 pound bag.
